Full name, mailing address, billing address, property address, unit number, email address, phone number, IP address and date of birth.

Customer Records

Name, account information such as user name and password, signature, job title, and address. Customers and Authorized Users may also provide social security numbers, driver’s license numbers, passport or other government issued ID card numbers, including images of those items; however, Customers and Authorized Users are prohibited from uploading such Sensitive Personal Data (as defined in the Subscription Services Agreement and the End User License Agreement) through the Services, and any such submission is at the Customer's or Authorized User's sole risk.

Search Questions and Responses Resulting from Use of AI Tools

When you use our AI-powered search or speech-to-text features, we collect your search questions and responses generated by the AI tools.

Financial Information

Tax ID and billing contact information. Bank account information and credit and debit card information may be collected and processed by our third-party payment processors (Stripe and Plaid) when you make payments using the Services; KeyRing does not have direct access to such financial account information.

Commercial Information

Lease terms, rent amount, payment status, payment history, move-in and move-out dates, insurance information, transaction histories and utility charges.

Internet Activity

IP Address, device ID, third-party credentials when you link your account for login; browsing history, search history, information regarding your interactions with the Website, the App or an advertisement, hardware information, operating system version, browser type and version, browser language, media access control (MAC), screen resolution, cookie information, system type, access times, and referring website URLs; products and services you may have viewed on the Website or when using the App.

Imprecise Geolocation Data

City, state, zip code, and country (based on IP Address). However, it may include precise geolocation if you enable that feature in your mobile App in connection with using certain Services.

Sensory Information

Recordings of customer service calls; photos and videos you upload to the Website, the App or the Services.

Recordings of your voice when you use the voice to text features of our Services.

Employment history, job title, references.

Payment Processors

We do not have access to your bank account information or credit or debit card information when you make a payment using the Third-Party Products. In particular, we integrate the Services with the following Third-Party Products:

Stripe, Inc.: We use Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates (“Stripe”) to process payments made through the App. When you make a purchase or payment, certain information may be provided directly to Stripe, including your payment card information, billing information, transaction details, and other information necessary to process the payment and prevent fraud. Stripe's collection and use of your Personal Data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy available at https://stripe.com/privacy.

Plaid Inc.: We use the services of Plaid, Inc. (“Plaid”) to securely connect to financial institutions across the U.S. To the extent you are based in the U.S., by entering online banking credentials for payment and completing checkout, your banking credentials are sent to Plaid for validation. Your Personal Data is processed by Plaid in accordance with the Plaid Privacy Policy available at https://plaid.com/legal/#consumers.

AI Service Providers

• To provide AI-powered search functionality for our Services;

• To allow you to use AI-powered speech to text functionality when using the Services.

Third-Party Advertising Networks and Social Media Platforms

We may share your Personal Data with third parties to provide targeted advertising and to perform data and statistical analysis for us regarding your use of our Website, the App and our Services.

Government and Law Enforcement

We may disclose your Personal Data to law enforcement, governmental agencies and officials, courts, and taxing authorities as required by law, including to respond to court orders and subpoenas.

Professional Advisors

We may share certain Personal Data to receive advice from our professional advisors, such as our attorneys, accountants, insurance, financial and business advisors, in their capacity as advisors to us.

Corporate Transactions

We may disclose, share, transfer or sell your Personal Data in connection with a contemplated or completed strategic business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, sale of all or substantially all of our assets or equity to a subsequent owner or operator, or in the case of a dissolution, bankruptcy, liquidation or other similar business transaction, including during the due diligence process.
